If you want to start your EOT lessons in a classroom and not Out There, and you are happy to be in a class of 15 for the same price you can join the summer school.
This is a yearly service we provide for groups of teenagers and individual young adults (16+).

Agents are very welcome to book English courses in London with us. We are sorry that we cannot offer you a commission because our fees are so low.. How do we keep prices low and help teachers earn more money per hour?
Out There is a very different type of language school and likes to use everything that the city has to offer. We keep our overheads and our carbon footprint as low as possible by using the whole city and free public spaces. This enables us to give you fantastic value for money and help teachers to earn a good hourly rate for their skills. We aim to keep classes small and wages high for our carefully selected freelance qualified teachers. Most conventional schools pay teachers under 20% of the gross course fees.

Once you have booked you will receive a voucher for your lessons with instructions, follow this simple procedure:
English Out There London ~ check list
- Any time before you travel go to English Out There London scheduled lessons and RSVP for the classes you wish to attend.
- The lessons you attend might be all with one teacher over a two or three week period or with a few different teachers at different times of the day.
- Please arrive at your chosen class NOT LESS than five minutes before it is due to start.
- If you arrive after this the class may be full or your teacher might not allow you to join it.
- Check the Class Start time and location
- Each individual session lasts 3 hours and your teacher remains with you for the entire lesson time.
- Start any day of the week (Monday to Sunday)
- Study materials are provided by your teacher
- Bring some money for refreshments when you are out there and wear some comfortable shoes.
- Maximum Class sizes: 8 people (all Out There), 15 people (summer school starting in a classroom)

Even Out There students have to sleep some time. Most people do our course as part of a visit to London or the UK. So, we can suggest comfortable accommodation to suit all budgets through some companies we recommend.

The new 'school' without walls
English Out There, is truly unique, being both a school and a course, online and offline. The face-to-face course is taught all over central London using free public space most of the time.
English Out There is not like any other language schools and you will understand why when you try one of our classes in London. They are taught at 6 levels*, with an emphasis on improving speaking and listening skills, but fast.
Students tell us the lessons turn ‘passive’ knowledge into ‘active’ knowledge.Each session is three hours and it involves being taught some new language skills and then using it immediately in real places, Out There. We use famous shops, museums, and parks, and many more interesting locations. And all with your teacher right next to you, guiding and helping.
English Out There is ideal for all types of language learners and is designed to really boost confidence and motivation levels by providing real experiences of success in every single class. The result is that your communicative abilities improve quickly, but you will also get to read and write in every lesson.
