    berlinHello, to everyone Out There,

    Well, we kept warm during the winter by showing some large groups of Italian teenagers how to get Out There and use their new language with real people. And now it is spring with summer just around the corner, we will have a very big announcement to make soon, but in the meantime, check this out.

    EXCLUSIVE limited allocation of single and twin rooms at International Students House (ISH) this summer during July and August - first come, first served! - We are lucky to have secured an allocation of 15 singles and 10 twins at this great residence just ten minutes walk from the school at Great Portland Street (zone 1). Included in the ISH deal is continental breakfast, cheap bar with big TV screens, full social programme, Internet cafe, gym and restaurant. There is even a nightclub at weekends and the residence is 'the' most international, convenient and cost effective place to stay for language students in central London. Book now to avoid disappointment!

    Singles (incl. continental breakfast) 180 per week
    Twins (incl. continental breakfast) 150 per person per week

    Before and After - Over the summer we shot some video of clients during their placement interviews and before they followed their EOT course in London. We then we videoed them again during a similar interview, just before they left to go home. We call them our Before and After videos. Most students were on very short courses of between two to four weeks. Everyone who took part gave us written permission to use their clips and we hope to be able to put these and all of the others on the website soon. Thanks to everyone for playing along with us!

    Liberators make friends in Iraq

    US marine corps are introducing sensitivity
    training to their soldiers in Iraq. They're
    starting to wonder if such things as the
    troops' slogan t shirts might not be such
    a good thing. Our favourite tees include:

    * "Eat Pork Or Die" (in English and Arabic)
    * "Shrine Busters" (which show burning
    minarets, some with unit logos.)
    * "Napalm. Sticks Like Crazy."
    * "The road to Paradise begins with me."
    (Usually in Arabic, often with sniper's
    crosshairs)
    * "Guns don't kill people. I kill people."
